Bootcamp for beginners
There are different boot camp levels. Do you not exercise often and do you want to build up your fitness and strength? Then choose a boot camp for beginners. You will still sweat, but the trainer is careful not to go too far. Extra attention is also paid to how you perform the exercises: quality takes precedence over quantity at a boot camp. Choose the trainer that suits you and book a bootcamp near you!

A boot camp is a training method with which you can improve your strength and endurance. In about an hour of training, your fitness instructor or trainer will put you to work - usually outdoors and almost always in a group. The exercises he or she can have you do are endless and are often done in sets of a number of repetitions, with a small break in between. For example: Jumping jacks, burpees, planking, push ups, sit ups and squat jumps.
In these exercises, good execution is often much more important than the speed or number of movements you do. A trainer can tell you exactly what you should pay attention to during the bootcamp how to improve what to focus on and how to not pull a muscle.
